Farmer Group Formation

We organize small groups of 15–20 farmers known as Farmer Interest Groups (FIGs) at the village level. These groups are the foundation of our organization, helping farmers share knowledge, address challenges collectively, and strengthen their voice in the agricultural market.

Sustainable Farming Promotion

We promote eco-friendly and sustainable farming techniques. Through training, demonstrations, and field visits, farmers learn about organic cultivation, crop diversification, and modern farming tools to increase productivity while preserving soil health.

Capacity Building & Training

Regular workshops and training sessions are conducted to enhance farmers’ skills and knowledge. Experts from agriculture universities, KVKs, and government departments guide farmers on best practices, financial management, and new technologies.

Seed Processing & Input Supply

We provide quality agricultural inputs — seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and modern tools — at affordable prices. Our seed processing and seed bank units ensure the availability of high-quality seeds for every cropping season.

Irrigation & Water Resource Management

To ensure water availability for every farmer, we support irrigation system development, pump set distribution, and pipeline installation. We also promote water conservation methods like drip irrigation and rainwater harvesting.

Procurement, Storage & Marketing

We help farmers collectively market their produce, reducing the role of middlemen and ensuring better prices. Our facilities for procurement, warehousing, and packaging enable members to sell directly to buyers, traders, and export markets.

Financial & Insurance Support

We assist members in accessing loans, crop insurance, and credit linkages through government schemes and financial institutions. These services safeguard farmers against risks and provide stability during tough times.

Government & Institutional Linkages

We maintain strong partnerships with organizations such as NABARD, KVK, Department of Agriculture, and Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya. These collaborations help us provide technical support, exposure visits, and new opportunities for our members.

Market Information & ICT Support

We empower farmers with real-time information on market prices, weather updates, and technology trends. This helps them make informed decisions and connect to larger markets through digital platforms.
